Velaasa Strakes International Shipping

At checkout for international orders please include your email and active phone number to assure fast and easy delivery.  

All orders ship from the United States. The cost of International Shipping price is calculated by our international shipping provider DHL. Once your package has arrived in your country, DHL will contact you for payment of any Duties and Taxes required by your country. Duty and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer through the DHL delivery process. 

Supplements Shipping Time

Most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days and are delivered between 2-5 days, depending on whether your location is the US, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe.

This totals between 5-10 business days for shipping.

Delays

If a delay is to occur, whether due to supply chain issues or other external factors, please allow up to 4 weeks for your shipment. As rarely as these events happen, the industry is exposed to delay risks. We cannot refund orders during this time if they have already been placed with our suppliers and fulfillment services. We have multiple facilities we work with and once the order request is submitted it will be carried through until the end.

Locations

We have multiple fulfillment facilities which hold different products, so some of your orders may arrive at separate times if two products in your order are from separate facilities.
