So my comp was today. Finished 2nd overall with a total of 129kg which is a 15kg improvement from my previous comp last year September 😁.

Slightly off topic but I just want to tell you guys that I have done first heavy deadlifts since competitions and I have just scored 20kg pb - 260kg.

Farm boy training gave me a lot of strength, I’m gonna keep follow deadlift program and see where I can go:)

On the beginning I have wrote as well about dinnie stones and that is mine long term plan to lift them, I have just lifted 326kg which is only 6kg less than original Dinnie stones so I’m over the moon!
